            Delegate Rowe moves to amend the bill on page 1, line 2, by striking out the word “discontinued” and inserting in lieu thereof, the following:

“effective July 1, 2018, shall be deposited in full into the Public Employee Insurance Agency Stability Fund, pursuant to §11B-2-32 of the code to be used to pay benefit costs of retired employees receiving health care benefits.”
